I need to get a custom field with options from another instance .

I use the syncro plugin , but it seems impossible to do it .

If I search the marketplace for 'syncro' for Jira Server I get many results and I am not sure which add-on you are actually using:

Can you kindly provide a bit more details on what you are using and what you are trying to achieve?
