How to get Project Variables in listeners

How i can get the project variables from JIRA event listener code?

I'm talking about fields from this page

/secure/project/ProjectNameValuePairs!default.jspa?pid=10404

Project Variables are from a plugin. They are not a normal Jira function. We can't help because you haven't tagged the plugin that you're getting the 'Project variables' form.
