Hi, our admin has left and cannot remember its email. Therefore we have no control over our jira no more. We cant even add new team members... How to gain control back?

Also, what might be good to know. My colleague, who is not the admin, has paid for the account. So shouldn't that make it easier to transfer ownership to him?

If someone is still the Billing contact, they should be able to open a ticket to ask for help here - https://www.atlassian.com/purchase/my/ . There is a link to open a ticket to the Billing team there.
Someone will reply here eventually but in case you wanted to try through the Billing team, there is that option.
