I've got an automation for subtasks that arent processed yet. Kind of like:
"The following tickets from {{issue.parent.key}} arent processed yet:
open tickets:
{{issues.url}}
assignees:
{{issues.assignee.displayName}}"
I'd like to have a table or at least a list to see which url belongs to which assignee. Most things i tried from the support didnt worked in our environment(Jira v8.2.4) or i just used it wrong :)
Thanks in advance
Hi @Peter Knaus
To confirm:
^ Would it be possible to provide more information on how the rule currently works? To try and locate an option, it'd be ideal to replicate your rule :)

Hi @Ste Wright ,
the scheduled email shall send a list with all urls of the subtasks and the asignees of those subtasks.
Currently the rule creates all urls and below all the assignees. That just doesnt looks that well. The current rule is the mentioned above.

Hi @Peter Knaus
If you could provide me the specific Trigger and Action (and any Conditions inbetween), this will help me replicate the rule.
A screenshot of the rule's specifics would be ideal :)
