How to fix the bug status changing from need needs review to ready for staging

I can't change the status of the bug from needs review or development complete to ready for staging, I get the 400 error internal server error

Hi @cristian_bildea ,

Can you please attach the screenshot of the post function of the transition failing. It seems to be a problem with the post function. Getting that information will be helpful to debug the issue.

If you are clearing the assignee of the jira issue from post function, make sure you have Allow unassigned issues enabled by going to the system --> General Configuration.
