Hello Partha,

I believe that you would like to know what was the last bug linked to a specific Story. Is that correct?

Is any other issue types linked to the Story? Is there different link types depending on the issue type linked?

Basically, you can perform the steps below to achieve it:

- In the old issue view, Navigate to Story > Click in the History tab

- Search for the word Link together with the link type (Blocks, clones, etc)

- Check the issue key of the latest linked issue:

Let me know if this information helps.

Hello Partha,

Can you please let us know if you are using JIRA Server or Cloud?

Also, notice that the history tab will appear as I stated only in the old issue view since it is not available in the lab new issue view yet. To turn off the new issue view you can click on your profile page > Personal Settings.

Additionally, provide us with a screenshot of what you are seeing in the history tab, hiding the confidential information from your instance.

What is this old issue view?

How can I find out if it is Jira server or cloud? I access through a web portal.

Hello Partha,

The old issue is the previously user interface of JIRA, which has more features available. Recently, we implemented a new issue view as a lab feature which we are still improving.

As mentioned before, you can click on your profile page > Personal settings to turn-off the new issue view.

About your second question, JIRA Cloud usually uses a predefined structure in the URL like xxxx.atlassian.net, while in JIRA server you can choose any other URL.

Could you please provide us a screenshot of the what you are seeing when you click in the history tab? It will be better to understand where are you looking and give you more specific instructions to achieve what you need.

P.S: Please, hide any confidential information of your Story in the screenshot.

Hello Partha,

As mentioned before, the setting to turn-off the new issue view is not in your profile, but in your Personal Settings menu. Here are the steps to turn it off:

- Navigate to any page of your JIRA Application > Click in your profile picture at the left-bottom corner > Personal Settings

- Then, turn off the new issue view, like displayed in the screenshot below:
