How to find out what the URL is for customer portals

Hi there,

I am quite new at Jira and I am wondering how do you know what the customer portal URL is?

I've created the project and added users to be able to view the customer portal, but I'm not sure what the URL of the portal actually is?

There is a customer portal button that lets you navigate the customer portal.

BASE_URL/servicedesk.

Open projects -> choose your project. Then click the Customer channels icon
