Tickets in my organisation have a habit of changing names; is there a way of filtering if a ticket has changed name within the past 7 days for example (as the related tickets will also need to change names)?

For some fields there is a WAS operator but it is not there for the summary field.
This information is there in the history of an issue but to retrieve it in bulk unfortunately you need to rely on an add-on or JIRA Rest API.
