How to filter/search for issues that have been commented on last 2 days

I need to search for issues where the commented have been posted less than or equal to 2 days and comment is not posted by the reporter.

Is there is any way?

I don't believe that this is possible with out-of-the-box JQL, because there is no way to query the comment date or the comment author.

There may be add-ons that do this, but I've never used any
