How to filter by SLA when time columns are not available or filled

Hello,

 

I read about the function `everBreached()` explained here:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/using-jql-queries-specific-to-slas-939926424.html

 

However, no field with the name 

"Time to first response"

and no field with the name

"Time to resolution"

 is available in the given Jira system I work with.

 

Where can those fields be added?
