How to fill Original Estimate and time spend in Epic, User Story, Sub Tasks, Tasks

I want to give Original estimation on Epic, User story and Sub tasks level.

When I log hours the remaining estimate shall be reduced from Epic, User Story and Sub Tasks level.

I am using Original estimate, Log work and Estimate in Hours field, but I am not able to achieve this.
