How to fetch the list of available users in a group who have access to JIra and Confluence via API?

I have found an API to fetch the list of users and their roles from a particular project. But is there a way we could fetch the details whether the user has access to Jira and confluence sepecifically?

You need to use the organization API to get the users within your organization and what product(s) they have access to.
