I am trying to fetching data from Jira api in ReactJs to show in graphical manner and dashboard for developer

Please show the Jira api for graphical manner

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

There is no "API for graphical manner".  You will need to build your charts and graphs for yourself, but fetch the data over Jira's REST API.

Welcome to the Community!!

Once you have got the data via API by calling Jira API. You will need to use the graph module to build the charts. I have found a useful link for you to get started with graphs
