When comment a Jira Ticket, you have the option to insert some text template using the + option of the Comment menu.
We would like to add some more text templates for this option. How can we do this.
@Olaf henke you can use add-ons like Canned Responses Pro Templates for Jira.
This add-on is very usuful to Jira Service Managment to reply customers.
