I have roadmap set in my JIRA project.There are few task which do not have due date and work is in progress.For these tasks, roadmap progress bar is not extended till current date. what can be the possible cause?

Is this roadmap associated with a Scrum board or a Kanban board?
What are the dates for the progress bar on these tasks?

Can you show us an image of what you see?
Do you have a Start Date entered for the issues?
Do you have Child-level Scheduling enabled for the Roadmap?
Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project?
