Hi @Priyanka Khurana

Welcome to the community !!

If you would be interested in an add-on to view your entire issue hierarchy in a CSV format, you can try out our plugin

Agile Tools : Epic Tree & Time in Status

The app also provides sum up at each level for time estimates and story points.

(Disclaimer: I work on RVS, the vendor for this app)

Hi @Priyanka Khurana

welcome to the community!

If you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you may want to try JXL for Jira. It's a full-fledged table/spreadsheet view on your issues that allows showing your issue hierarchy and exporting this issue hierarchy to Excel in two clicks.

Here's how JXL looks for the default epic/story/subtask relationship. You can easily configure it to include initiatives, too:

You can then export this view to e.g. XLSX, which is the format used by Excel or Google Sheets:

It's worth noting that JXL can do much more than that: From inline editing (either issue by issue, or in bulk using copy/paste) to quick sorting and filtering, it comes with all the things you'd expect from a spreadsheet app. More info on https://jxl.app.

(Disclaimer: I work on JXL :))

Hope this helps,

Hannes
