How to export more than 1000 users list to csv or excel file ?

There is no filter in the Customer Portal for me to break into small group for download. The list is important so that we can have a good view of the % of active users

I'm not sure if I understood correctly, so I would like to clarify if you want to export users or customers because you mentioned about the customer portal and in the portal, it's not possible to export users.

If you want to export customers, you must go to Administration > Jira Service Desk > Export customers.

For users you need to go to Administration > Users > Export users and on the next page you can export all users or users from specific groups. Also, you can choose if you want only active or all users that include active and inactive.

When you export users and customers, it will export everyone, so if you have more than 1000 users the CSV will show all of them.
