How to export historical issue data from Jira Cloud and import into Jira data center

Exported Projects from Jira cloud individually into a CSV file and then imported csv file into Jira Data Center, but lost all the historical issue data and we need it for reports.

Is there a process that we could use to export WITH the historical data, or maybe a script that we could run that would allow us to capture this data?
