How to export a project from Jira Software Cloud into JIRA v8.13.6

I would like to know if it is possible to import a projet exported from JIRA v8.13.6 in order to create the same kind of issues (Story, Technical Story) and images.

Thank you for reaching out to the Atlassian Community!

Just to make sure we are on the same page, I would like to confirm if you want to migrate a project from Cloud to Server or Server to Cloud.

I’m asking because on the summary it seems that you need from Cloud to Server, but on the description of the question I understood that it’s a project exported from Server.

I’ll share both options here.

From Server to Cloud it’s possible to migrate a single project by using our migration assistant:

• Jira Cloud Migration Assistant
• Use the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant to migrate

The opposite is not possible because on Jira Cloud there is no option to export a single project, but there is a workaround for that:

• Allow Single Project Export
• Restoring a project from Jira Cloud to Jira Server
