How to export JIRA issues to Excel on read-only

I need to export JIRA issues to Exce on read-only.

The idea is to provide my customers with a list of their cases in Excel format. I just need that the customer has the possibility to read and update the data only.

Can you help me please to solve this case?

If you prefer Excel, you can generate an Excel spreadsheet from your Jira Cloud issues using Better Excel Exporter Cloud! You can keep it simple and produce just a list of issues, or use one of the built-in templates to create more telling Jira Cloud Excel reports for your customers.

Search for the issues you want to export and then use "export to csv" from the options menu.
