How to enable form creation in a Kanban project menu?

I am trying to create a form in a Kanban project to help with the discovery of demands. However, I cannot find the option to create a form in the project menu.

I have checked the documentation and it says that form creation is enabled by default for all projects. However, I am still unable to see the option.

Can anyone help me with this?

Forms are only available in JSM and JWM, you would only have access to forms in JSW if you had the app ProForma Forms before Atlassian acquired it.
