How to edit values in "Linked Issues" field

How and where do I find "Linked Issues" field. I am not able to view that field under "Custom field" page. I need to add a value to the existing list in "Linked issue" field. How can that be achieved?

Linked Issues is not a field. Linked Issues is a dynamically generated list of issues that are linked to a given issue. You would need to use the issue linking functionality to add another link between your issue and another issue.

Thank you.. I was able to figure this out. Was able to add the values from "Issue linking" tab.
