How to edit the content in the create ticket page

I need to edit some content in the create ticket page. below si the screen shot for reference.

I'm afraid there's no image.

If you want to "edit" content though, on a create screen, you just click on the field you want to put data in.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
