How to edit(make new context for a project) the JIRA system field "Description"

My actual requirement is pre-formatted text should be visible on the "Description" system field of JIRA

ex: 

In Scope:

Out Scope:

is  there any way to handle this. I thought I can do with filed configurations but as Description is system field I am not sure where and how to do. Thanks in advance.

Hi @syamasundararao ratti,

What exactly is it that you want to do with the description field?  Only custom fields have a field context.  If you are trying to add a default value you will want to look at/vote for this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-4812

If you are wanting to make the field required you can accomplish this with a field configuration for the project/issue type in question.
