How to edit language within the login (admin and users)?

I'm looking to edit the text within the login for admin and users. Specially for spanish.

Hi Victor,

Unfortunately it's not possible to change that language. It will be on the default.

The only thing you can change is the language within the system. That can be changed once a user visit the profile.
