I can edit a "closed" or "done" card whatever their issue type; however, I cannot edit a card of bug issue type when it's been "closed". I'm wondering how to resolve this problem?

In most cases, editing is not allowed because the workflow limits these state issues
You can modify workflow properties [jira.issue.editable]
