How to edit UpRaise appraisal documents

Hi, we use UpRaise for our appraisal process. One of our managers has gone through the process with a member of staff but unfortunately they are now unable to interact with the appraisal form past a certain point. I've pasted their question below for further clarification:

They filled out their appraisal forms on Thursday/Friday last week and I entered my comments as reviewer then shared the forms with them. However, I mistakenly assumed I'd be able to re-edit the forms and just put some placeholder objectives in for the next period and I intended to refine these during the appraisal meetings themselves but the forms appear to be locked for editing them now. 

Your help on this matter is greatly appreciated.
