How to download time tracking sheet in CSV format?

I need to download Time tracking report in CSV format.It gives a message to download in CSV but always downloads in excel format.
Kindly help here.

Well you can always convert xls to csv easily but if it not convenient to do the conversion then you also use issue navigator. Just create a filter to list the issue of that project, make sure time tracking fields like original estimate, time spent are in the columns and use the export feature there to extract the csv.
