How to download the backup generated on /var/jira/6.1.6/atlassian/application-data/jira/export if I've lost access to the OS but I have admin access to JIRA?

Hi,

I've lost access to the server where JIRA is installed. Is it possible to download the backup file in any other way?

Nope. It is available only on the server and JIRA doesn't provide an option to browse and retrieve them!
