How to do I enable apps?

Hey everyone! 

I have just taken over management of Jira, I have an administrator role but I am unable to find where to enable apps. 

We utilise the Checkout App but the option to enable/disable it does not appear under the apps as expected.

Any guidance would be appreciated!

1. Click on the Admin gear, top right, and select Apps
2. Select Manage Apps in the left nav bar (this screen takes a while to populate)

Hi @Kieran.Heseltine and welcome,

for the cloud instance you cannot enable/disable a specific app. You need just install/unistall it (https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/managing-apps-1097175863.html#Managingapps-viewdetailsViewappdetails).
