I’m not familiar with the German translation in Jira, so my suggestion below might be invalid.
Your field name in “the issue view” (your lower image) shows the name Start date for the field
In your “configure view” (your upper image) it shows Actual start, not the field name shown in the issue.
I also see a field called Actual end in your issue view that is not a date. And in the issue view the field Actual start is not set.
Are you using the correct field in card configuration? See my first image.

In your board view navigate to Configure board (from the ellipsis menu in the upper right corner) and select Card layout under settings (left on the page). Under Field name select the field you want to display on the card (in this case “Start date”. You can select up to three fields to display in the cards.
Navigate back to your board. Any issues that have the start date set will include that on their card.
