How to display someone actioning on a object within jira assets

Hi,
I'm migrating my team system for asset to jira assets, but I'm struggling with the email automation I've setup.
in the email it displays the asset name, asset key, asset status, time and date but i cant get the initiator display name to work as we need this for audit trail purposes.
