How to display customer name in email using JIRA automation?

While using JIRA automation rule which is send email, the customer name that need to be display in the email did not appear. I had been using these smart value to display customer name {{customer.displayName}} and {{issue.created.customer.displayName}} but still nothing appeared.

Already resolved. I change {{customer.displayName}} to {{client.displayName}}.

Does using html in automation affect the smart value? Because i had try the smart value mentioned above but still it did not work.
