Hello Atlassian community.

I am using JIRA Software, I know how to select specific field values, display and extract them as CSV. However, when I am searching for columns in JIRA, I cannot find the same fields that appear when exporting all columns as CSV, although those have values in my project.

As an example, when exporting all columns I have the fields "Ticket ID" and "ID parent",

however when I try looking for them or any field that contains "Parent" or "Ticket, they do not come out.

Do you have any idea how I can get to those "hidden fields" that only come out when exporting fields as files?

Thanks in advance

Hello @Li Na

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

You cannot get those specific fields to be included in your output unless you output all fields.

Those are fields that are used internally in Jira and are not intended to be searched or modified by end users.

What problem are you trying to solve by including those fields in your exported output?

Thank you very much :)

That's a very clear answer. What we're trying to find through this method is the Parent ID of a sub-task ticket. Do you know how we can get that information through any other means?
