How to disable the automated email when adding a customer to a project

When I add a customer to my project, they receive an automated email notification to join the project (see attached). I'd like to disable this email from being sent out. I have looked in Customer Notifications in my Project Settings, but I am unable to locate this exact email. The closest one I could find is the "Customer Invited" email, which is similar, but it is not the correct one. Does anyone know how I can disable this email?

It seems I am unable to disable that specific email. My solution, while not ideal, was to temporarily disable all outgoing mail from the system when I add customers to my project, and reenable it immediately afterward.

Hi @Tim Lee

Try adding user from the User Management interface but not assign them to any project. Assign the project only after first log in.

As I know, there is no possibility fully disable it through UI, it is not a configurable customer notification.

In the Data Center, when creating a user, there is checkbox, "Sent Invitation Email", but in the Cloud as I knew, it is not available.
