Hello,
I want to know if we can disable emails notification only for the ticket assigned to the owner. It is not necessary to send an email for something that you already know because you are the author of the change ...
I hope that it is possible.
I have create and update a ticket this afternoon and i have received 7 emails !!!!!
For Co2 emission it is not really good :(
Regards
Eric
Hello @Eric Bisquer
Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
Each user can disable notifications to themselves for actions that they take, through their individual Notification Settings.
Hello Eric,
Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)
As @Trudy Claspill mentioned, user can disable notifications to themselves for actions that they take, through their individual Notification Settings.
However, if you want to have this change for all the users wrt space wise, you can navigate to each space -> space settings -> Notification -> settings and from You're assigned to a work item notification event, remove current assignee
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
That would not meet the requirement specified by the author, I think.
That would stop sending notification to an assigned only when the action was to change the assignee. They would still otherwise receive notifications configured to go to the Assignee, even if the Assigned was the person who took the action that triggered the notification.
And if an issue was assigned to a person by somebody else, the Assignee would not receive notification that the issue was assigned to them.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Ok thanks
I have already found the notification settings but it is blocked by the administrator, i have send a ticket and now i am waiting :(
Thanks
the ticket can be closed
