How to disable email notification in JIRA

How can i disable email notification and still keep the notification on JIRA mobile app?

Hi,

This is a user specific profile setting. Go to your profile -> settings -> email settings -> notify on own actions

Actually, I do it by going to my profile >> preferences >> edit >> My changes >> do not notify me.

However, this also disables JIRA mobile app notification.
