How to disable addons if web UI is down ?

Our JIRA server became extremely slow. 

Server resources are OK, plenty of free ram/heap no AV, DB is fine, etc... It turned out that by setting addons in safe mode, it recovered.

I simply re-enabled the SVN and AGILE addons and we were fine.

But two days later, it became slow again. So I suspect that one of the two addons i'm using is causing the issue. But we can't even reach the addons management screen, so we can't deactivate nothing.

How can we disable addons without using the web UI ?
