Hello,
We have been executing automated test for quite some time now, but recently we have encountered captcha on our jira cloud instance. Now captcha prevent us from logging in, resulting to test failing.
Is there a way we can turn off the captcha for out test accounts?
Hi @Mike Trampe ,
I have not found a way to turn off Captcha for Cloud users either as this is a function that must be manipulated via the database. There is a Suggestion for this behavior in Cloud that you can find at JRACLOUD-40362. Please vote on JRACLOUD-40362 and add your use case to the notes so we can get this functionality implemented into JIRA in the future.
Cheers,
venkatesh
Thanks Venkatesh, however i believe the suggestion for database manipulation was for the jira server? Upon checking the link its page not found and there is a link to another article but it seems like its for server.
