I have a big project with users from several location and departments. In each transition the correct next assignee is determined by taking account several factors.
But of course, the users still have the option to manually assign an issue to another user. And sometimes they select the user "Automatic" - and neither the ProjectLead nor "Unassigned" are able to handle the Issue.
So I would like to deactivate the user "Automatic" for this project. The user "Automatic" should not appear in the list of users for issue assignment.
Any idea how this could be achieved?
