How to delete the inactive projects in jira?

Hi,

In our organization we are using jira5.07 which is having more than 1000 projects. Out of this 700 projects are inactive projects( this 700 projects havent created any issues for last 180 days). Because of this inactive projects our jira performance is also. So we need to delete all these 700 projects so that issue count will also comes under control.

Kindly suggest me an easy way to do this.

You could also remove all users from these 700 projects so no one would see it.
