Hello,
I'm unable to delete or modify a board because the underlying project already has been deleted. When selecting this 'board' I receive the following message: 'Project not found: you tried to access a project that doesn't exist'.
Yet, this board still is visible in my board overview. That's the reason I would like to delete it.
How can I delete this board?
Hello @Bram Van Der Stock,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to make some questions.
When deleting a project, the board should also be deleted, so I would like to know if you deleted a Classic or a Next-gen project.
Can you please share with us a screenshot of the error? I'm asking because I couldn’t find any related issue with this error.
Have you tried to create and delete a test board just to check if the same issue will appear?
Are there other users facing this issue if they try to delete the same board?
Regards,
Angélica
Hello @Angélica Luz ,
This problem concerns a Next-gen project/board. The project has been deleted, but unfortunately, the board (named "GSFP") still is visible in the board overview. I'm not able to delete or modify this, because these options are not available via the "..." as you see on the screenshot below.
When I try to enter this GSFP board, marked in red, I receive the following error message:
Any idea how to remove this Board?
Thanks!
