How to deal with user directory sync errors?
In our corporation we use Jira and Confluence.
We have right now a big issue wit user directory sync with Active Driectory.
Problem is that we using alias as synchronization server: ad.(yourcompany).net and this address is resolved to many controllers addresses. Some of them are noc currently avialible. So we got sometime synchronization error, LDAP health check error / info and users cannot log in.
We can use single AD controller hostname but this is not a HA approch.
What other option do we have? I'm searching for some triggers if last sync was wrong to do it again. But for example script runner don't have liseners for user directory synchronization error.
How can we deal with it? Same for both Confluence and Jira app.
