How to deactivate a recurring task

I don't know why but every day and in a specific task it is created a Recurring Task. That specific task it's already done and closed, but I don't know how to disable these recurring tasks. Any help?

Please check if an add-on is creating this recurring tasks. Jira has no in-build mechanism that does that.
