How to customize "Invite Users" Email

Hello,

I want to customize the "Invite Users" Email.

But I am not able to find the following directory :$JIRA_HOME/plugins/.osgi-plugins

Actually, I have only 2 directories in plugins : "install-app-info" and "installed-plugins"

Please let me know if you have a clue.

Isn't a .some_text a hidden directory? Am I mistaken?
