You have posted your question in the community forums and not with Atlassian Support directly.  I recommend working with your Site Admin to contact the Atlassian Support team here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

In the interim, there is very limited configuration of the built-in reporting and dashboard features, beyond what you see on the pages.  Perhaps first identify what problem you are trying to solve and how you want to change the visualization of the reports / dashboards.  That will help in having the conversations, including the possibility of using marketplace apps to help.
