How to customize issue view?

Hi! I want to reopen this question.
It is possible to order the custom fields in tabs or in a dropdown field?
I don't want to have a huge list of custom fields in the right column of the issue view, it is possible to organize them in the next-gen projects? Maybe with dropdowns as I mentioned, or maybe putting them under the description of the issue insted of the comentaries and the history.
It would be better if the fields were under the description organized in tabs and the comentaries and the history on the right column... this would be useful...
