Hi @mikem388 

 

You can define a new 'Screen' for Create issue which will act as a template. Goto project settings -> screen and change the screen for 'Create issue' operation.

@mikem388 thanks for quick reply. I would like to create a Jira template for creating XYZ(name of issue) issues to some project.  As part of that, ticket must have some custom fields ( Adding Risk or Impact fields or drop down list etc.). Can you please let me know how to do that?
