How to create dynamic drop-downs from an external datasource where bearer token is used for auth??

Hi all,

I need to create dynamic drop down lists (in Jira Software) whose vaules pull from an external datasource (VMware vRA) where bearer token is used as an authorization method?

Plugins such as Elements Connect, Customfield Editor for Jira or Dynamic Forms for Jira use only Basic auth and GET method only.

Scriptrunner may be the solution for your use case. I've never implemented it.
