Hi ,

I need help on how to create an automation rule such that when related Zephyr test cases are passed then its respective test plan should be closed. Can anyone help me with it?

Hi @Niranjan Parulekar -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

As Zephyr is a marketplace app / addon for Jira, I recommend checking their documentation (or with their support team) to learn how to do that.

Kind regards,
Bill

Hi @Niranjan Parulekar

It's not possible to do this.  Jira Automation and Zephyr Scale to do not talk to each other.

You can find more specific Zephyr Scale user support here, where I am active: Zephyr Scale Community

As to a workaround, you might be able to use the API and script a solution:

Zephyr Scale for Jira Cloud API

Good luck, Andy
